| Join me for this Election series for the month of October held on Mondays and Tuesdays on Zoom and on Wednesdays at the Madison Studio. Election Meditation Series: Cultivating Calm, Compassion, and Balance With Election Day fast approaching, emotions can run high and stress can become overwhelming. Join us for a special meditation series designed to help you stay grounded, reduce stress, and cultivate both calm and compassion during this intense time. Through mindfulness and loving-kindness practices, you’ll develop the tools to navigate the season with a centered mind and an open heart. Monday Mornings at 8:30 am CT or Tuesday Nights: 6:15 pm CT, held on Zoom, starting October 7 and 8 (30-minute sessions): Week 1 (Oct. 7/8): Cultivating Mindful Awareness – Learn how mindfulness helps you stay present amidst external chaos. Week 2 (Oct. 14/15): Embracing Compassion for Self – Practice self-compassion to ease personal stress and anxiety. Week 3 (Oct. 21/22): Loving-Kindness for Others – Extend compassion to others, including those with differing political views. Week 4 (Oct. 28/29): Finding Balance and Stability – Cultivate emotional balance to stay centered as Election Day approaches. Wednesday Nights: 6:00 pm, at Peaceful Wellness Madison Studio, starting October 9 (60-minute sessions): Week 1 (Oct. 9): Grounding Through Mindfulness – Explore how mindfulness can help you stay grounded in challenging times. Week 2 (Oct. 16): Cultivating Self-Compassion – Discover how to soothe stress and anxiety through loving-kindness toward yourself. Week 3 (Oct. 23): Extending Kindness and Cultivating Stability – Practice loving-kindness for others and develop emotional balance to remain calm and centered during the election season. Week 4 (Oct. 30): Note: The final Wednesday of October will feature a special Halloween Laughter Meditation.Each session includes guided meditation, group reflection, and practical takeaways you can use in your daily life.
