Love as Wholeness

What if nothing is missing… right here, right now?

What if nothing is missing… right here, right now?

It’s such a simple question, and yet it can feel surprisingly unfamiliar.

So often, the mind moves quickly into searching—
looking for what needs to be fixed, improved, or completed.
There’s a subtle sense that something isn’t quite right…
or that something more is needed before we can truly rest.

And this movement can be very quiet.

It can show up as restlessness.
As tension in the body.
As a feeling of not quite being at ease.

We don’t always notice it, but it shapes how we move through our days.

And yet… even for a moment, if we pause that effort—
if we stop trying to change anything—
something begins to soften.

Not because everything is suddenly perfect,
but because we’re no longer holding ourselves in that subtle tension of “something needs to be different.”

There can be a quiet sense of simply being.

A small return.

This doesn’t mean we ignore what’s difficult.
It doesn’t mean we stop caring or growing.

It simply means that, in this moment,
we allow things to be as they are—
without adding anything extra on top.

And in that allowing,
there is often more space than we expect.

This week, you might gently explore:

What would it feel like to let this moment be enough?

Not forever.
Not as a philosophy to hold onto.

Just for a moment.

And then perhaps again… later in the day.
And again… when you remember.

A soft returning.

There’s nothing you need to achieve here.

Just a willingness to pause,
to notice,
and to rest—even briefly—in what is already here.

With care,
Deb
