Enjoy an extended 75-minute personalized experience created to support deep relaxation, nervous system renewal, and overall well-being.
Each Signature Session is thoughtfully tailored using Sound & Energy Healing with singing bowls and other gentle instruments, mindfulness, meditation, personalized aromatherapy, and gentle energy healing.
Unlike a standard session, your Signature Experience also includes a handcrafted AromaReiki body oil or mist created especially for you, allowing your self-care to continue long after you leave the studio.
A variety of instruments from the sound studio may be used, always in a way that is intentional, supportive, and never overstimulating.

The Experience
Every Signature Session begins with a welcoming cup of tea before settling into the Wellness Room. From there, your experience unfolds at a slow, spacious pace, guided by your individual needs rather than a fixed routine.
No two Signature Sessions are exactly alike.

Private sound sessions take place in our dedicated Wellness Room (Office #5) and are offered as a restorative sound and energy healing experience on the massage table.
These one-to-one sessions are slower, personalized, and designed to support nervous system regulation and deep integration. Sound healing and energy work are woven together throughout the experience.
