This summer, I gave myself space.
Time to rest, to unplug a little, and to move more slowly.
It’s something I try to do each year—a conscious pause to let things settle, to listen inward.
And now, as July begins to fade, I feel that quiet spark returning.
Not a push. Not urgency.
Just the soft inner knowing that it’s time to reconnect more fully—to realign with what grounds and centers me.
So many of you showed up—daily, gently, with courage and curiosity.
You made it powerful. You made it real.
For those who were part of it, you know: meditation isn’t about perfection.
It’s about presence.
It’s a steady practice that helps us stay anchored when life feels messy.
It clears space when we feel cluttered.
And it gently wakes us up when we’ve been asleep to our own needs or wisdom.
Maybe you didn’t meditate every day this summer.
Maybe you’ve felt overwhelmed, disconnected, or off-center.
That’s okay.
Because the ember is still there.
And the path back to yourself is never far.
This August, I invite you to join me again—or for the first time.
We begin the 31-Day Meditation Practice Challenge not to prove anything, but to remember:
You are whole.
You are held.
And you are allowed to begin again.
